This Privacy Policy is effective on March 1, 2020.

This Privacy Policy describes the practices that Belleville Shoe Manufacturing Company d/b/a Belleville Boot Company (referred to hereinafter as “Belleville” or “we”) follows with respect to the collection and use of information submitted on amrap-trainer.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy applies only to information we collect from this Site, and does not apply to any other website or business activity of Belleville. By using our Site, you consent to the collection and use of this information by us.

We reserve the right to revise this policy at any time. When we do, we will give you notice of the revised Privacy Policy by posting the revised Privacy Policy on the Site and by revising the “effective date” at the top of this Privacy Policy. You are responsible for regularly reviewing the current privacy policy. 

Information We Collect

We collect “personally identifiable information” and “automatic information.”

“Personally identifiable information” is information that tells us who you are, such as your first and last name, home or other physical address, e-mail address, and phone number,  and whether you are a member of the military and, if so, which branch. We may collect personally identifiable information when you  request a catalog, register with our Site, provide customer feedback, complete surveys and forms for contests, promotions and giveaways, or if you otherwise contact us via the Site or voluntarily provide it to us. 

You can choose not to provide personally identifiable information to us. However, if you do not provide such information, you will not be able to register with or purchase products through the Site, and we may not be able to respond to inquiries from you.

Privacy of Children

The Site is a general audience website. We do not intentionally collect personally identifiable information from users of this Site who are under the age of thirteen. 

If we become aware that a user of our Site is under the age of 13 and has placed an order using our Site, we will remove that child’s personal information from our files.

Updating Your Information

If you registered with the Site and would like to review and/or request changes to any of your personally identifiable information collected through the Site, you may do so through the “My Account” portion of the Site.
